Top 10 companies that uses more H-1B Visas


Most of the companies will prefer H-1B visas to import highly talented and skilled employees for better growth of the company. This visa allows permission for the employee to stay in U.S. for specified years. If in case of job loss, the employee should apply for extension visa or required to leave the country immediately. This best practice makes companies to hire skilled workers for lesser pay and they do lay off American workers who are considered less skilled.

There was huge number of Visa initiations done by some Indian companies and able to make the best use of it. Though the American people opposed this provision, companies still make a good use of visa, granted by the Immigration and Nationality Act. The top 10 companies that are having more H-1B holders are Infosys, TCS, CTS, Accenture Inc., Wipro, HCL Technologies, IBM, Mahindra Satyam, Larsen & Toubro InfoTech, and Deloitte.
