New smartphone case that can print selfies in seconds
Selfie is a self-portrait photograph, typically taken with a hand-held digital camera or camera phone held at arm's length or pointed at a mirror, rather than by using a self-timer. Selfies are often shared on social networking services such as Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter. They are usually flattering and made to appear casual.[post_ad]
Selfies are a powerful way of expressing yourself. Because of social networking, printing images has been reduced over the years; for those that want to live in the past a French start-up company named Prynt has developed a Smartphone which has a built-in printer which can print selfies in seconds. Recently Prynt has presented this smartphone case. The built-in printer is connected to smartphone via Bluetooth & can print a photo in about 50 seconds.
Prynt CEO Clement Perrot said "At the moment, only one sheet of paper can fit in the case. However, this will soon be increased to up to 30 pieces," and the developers in Prynt say their smartphone case will soon be able to print photos in just 30 seconds.
Prynt has been working on the new case since January this year and is planning to launch the smartphone case at the beginning of 2015. At present smartphone case was developed for four-inch screen smartphones, but the company plans to make models for larger devices in the future.
If you take a snap using the app called Prynt app developed by Prynt, it will record a video of the moment before and after they click the photograph. This Smartphone case is priced at $99.
